How can I get anxiety-free dentistry?
We understand that some people can feel anxiety about visiting the dentist. We want to help. Our office offers oral medication in order to help our patients relax when needed. In addition to our comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff, this is typically enough to help most patients feel at ease.
What are digital dentures?
Digital dentures are dentures that are crafted with the latest, fastest technology. Get rid of your “sunken face
Are root canals really as painful as they are said to be?
The simple answer: no. They do not take as long as they used to, either. Modern technology allows us to complete a root canal in as little as 15 minutes. Even the more complicated cases take an hour at most. The same accuracy that allows us to complete the procedure quickly also cuts down on pain – you will experience little to no discomfort from a root canal at our office.
Am I a candidate for Invisalign short-term orthodontics?
Do you have mildly crooked teeth that simply need straightening? If so, Invisalign will probably work great for you. However, the only way to know for sure is to schedule a consultation with Dr. Whyte. An examination of your current situation will help us determine whether or not you are a good candidate for Invisalign.
What are dental implants?
Dental implants are used to completely replace your natural teeth. We offer many different types of implants, including All-on-4, All-on-6, mini implants, implant-supported dentures, and implant-retained dentures. Our many different options allow us to find the best solution for you. Read more about implants here.
How can I make my dental treatments affordable?
Our office encourages patients to resolve their dental problems as soon as they arise, but we also believe in providing affordable dental care. That’s why our office accepts all major credit cards and has in-house membership plans for patients living without dental insurance. Patients can also receive a 10 percent cost saving if the procedure is paid in full before the treatment begins.
In addition, we accept most dental insurance plans. We are in-network with many insurance providers and are usually able to determine your benefits the same day as your treatment.
Our practice carries CareCredit and Lending Club, two financing agencies that provide zero percent and low-interest long-term payment plans. Both companies have high approval rates and work with patients to develop affordable monthly payments.
Do I have to miss work just for a dental cleaning?
No, but don’t look at it as just a cleaning. We use your regular six-month visits to examine your mouth and teeth and monitor any changes in your oral health. Our cleanings are quick and gentle and can be completed before work or during your lunch break. During your cleanings, our dental hygienist removes any signs of plaque or tartar on your teeth and then polishes the surface of your teeth. By polishing the teeth, we make it harder for plaque or bacteria to stick to the surface. Dr. Whyte will give your teeth one final examination and check your mouth for any abnormalities before helping you schedule your next visit!
What type of technology does your office offer?
Our office prides itself on being the cleanest and most affordable practice in the area. Dr. Whyte and the office staff work diligently to provide the cleanest dental environment for their patients, always exceeding OSHA standards. We also use state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to accurately diagnose and treat patients. The office has implemented intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, SonicFill filling technology, guided implant dentistry, a 3D scanner, and the WaveOne endodontic system, which allows us to complete a root canal in as little as 15 minutes.
By surrounding our practice with the newest and most advanced technology, we can provide minimally invasive treatments that are long-lasting – all in a clean, comfortable setting.
