I’m Having a Hard Time Chewing

Are you having a hard time chewing due to a damaged, loose, or missing tooth? We can help. We have multiple options for treating damaged teeth as well as for replacing teeth. Below are some of the options we offer at Historic Triangle Dental Care.

Extractions and Root Canals

Extractions and root canals are two of the most frightening dental phrases for some people. In reality, modern technology makes both of these procedures fast and nearly painless. If you have a damaged or diseased tooth, we will first check to see if it can be saved via a root canal, possibly topped with a crown. Our root canal technology allows the procedure to be completed in as little as 15 minutes. If the tooth cannot be saved, we also have the ability to remove the tooth quickly and with little discomfort.

Dental Implants

If you do need to have a tooth removed, or if you are already missing teeth, one tooth replacement option is the dental implant. We offer many different types of dental implants, including everything from single implants to All-on-4 implants. We use computer-guided 3D dentistry to place the implants accurately and quickly.

  • All-on-4 restorations – A full set of replacement teeth on only four implants.
  • All-on-6 restorations – Just like All-on-4, but with 6 implants.
  • Mini implants – Less invasive to place than traditional implants and often used for Same-Day Smiles.
  • Implant-supported and -retained dentures – Dentures that are secured into the mouth by dental implants. Implants lend extra support and stability to your dentures.

Digital Dentures

We also offer non-implant options. Our digital dentures are created using a Pala Digital Dentures system. This system digitally maps and designs the dentures, allowing for incredibly accurate results. The technology is used to map the details of your mouth to ensure the best possible fit.
At your second visit, you will be fitted with temporary plastic dentures to restore your facial structure while you wait on the full set of dentures. Your full set of dentures will be delivered in only about 2 weeks. The digital technology allows them not only to be fitted more accurately but also to look more lifelike and cosmetically pleasing. We often do full removable digital dentures and sometimes partials.
