Once you make your appointment, please visit our new patient forms page to download the forms necessary to expedite your sign-in process. This is an optional step, but it does help things go more smoothly when you reach our office.

Once you arrive for your appointment, we will take digital X-rays and photographs and perform the necessary examinations to determine what problems you are having and what needs to be done in the reconstruction. Now would be the time to voice your concerns and your desires to the doctor. Once he has thoroughly examined your situation and considered your case, he will suggest a treatment plan.

Step Two: Create Your Treatment Plan

While Dr. Whyte will certainly recommend a plan of action, the treatments you undergo will ultimately be up to you. This is the point in the process where you will weigh each possible treatment option and determine which is right for you.
